BICEPS CURL
ARM STRENGTHENING

With one hand, grasp the center squeeze grip of the Wristiciser. Hold down at your side with your elbow slightly bent. Slowly raise the Wristiciser up toward your shoulder and return to your side
to complete one repetition.
Repeat with opposite arm.
