WRIST & FOREARM ROLLS
Grasp the Wristiciser
by both handles
with your palms down. Hold the Wristiciser with your arms
extended out in front of your body. Hold the Wristiciser
with your hands so you can easily roll the weight over
and over alternating with one
hand and then the other.
One full revolution is a complete repetition.
