INDIVIDUAL
FINGER STRENGTHENING
Place
one tension band into the corresponding slots on opposite
crossbars. Use the slots that best fit the size of your
hand. Hold the wristiciser as seen above. Wrap your index
finger around the band and pull back toward the palm of
your hand. Next wrap your middle finger around the band
and pull back toward the palm of your hand. Relax to complete
one repetition.
Repeat using other fingers as desired.
Repeat with opposite hand.
