WRIST
ROCK, HOLD & STRETCH
Place
the Wristiciser on a table top or desk with the rocker
boots in place. Rest your hand across the top two crossbars
with your finger tips on one side and the base of your
hand (where your wrist and hand come together) on the
other crossbar. Keep your forearm horizontal. Gently rock
the Wristiciser forward so that the crossbar nearest your
body is higher than the distant crossbar and hold. Gently
rock the Wristiciser backward so that the crossbar nearest
your body is lower than the distant crossbar and hold.
Return to the neutral position to complete one repetition.
Repeat with opposite hand.
